Developer and maintainer of the ttTrader framework. Daniel has been building automated trading platforms for over two decades — lock-free and deterministic, in modern C++, trading live on crypto venues every day.
Before ttTrader, Daniel co-founded TeraExchange (US) and served as its Chief Architect — the first swap execution facility to list a bitcoin derivative on a CFTC-regulated exchange (2014). He developed the Tera Bitcoin index (TeraBit), the first bitcoin price index to serve as the reference price for a CFTC-regulated bitcoin derivative — used for TeraExchange's bitcoin swap fixings and licensed to Nadex for its bitcoin binary contracts.
His engineering roots reach deeper than trading: for Microsoft, he developed the WIA drivers that support the high-volume production scanners of Fujitsu, Canon, and Ricoh on the Windows operating system — before moving to finance.
